Angela Titus McEwan assists high net worth individuals and families with trust and estate planning, administration and litigation, which includes business planning, lifetime giving, charitable giving and taxation. She represents single individuals, families with young children, same-sex couples, families preparing for retirement, closely-held businesses, doctors, CEOs and other professionals, individuals with special needs, and fiduciaries managing all aspects of trust and estate administration.
Angela assists estate planning clients, using her extensive experience with various estate planning techniques. Her services range from the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives to more complex trust planning, charitable planning, lifetime giving techniques and business succession planning. She also employs different mechanisms to assist families with special needs, such as guardianships, special needs trusts and elder law planning.
Angela also represents individuals, banks and trust companies serving as executors and trustees for estates and trusts of different sizes and complexities. She has represented both beneficiaries and fiduciaries in uncontested trust and estate litigation cases.
