New Jersey's Version of the Uniform Trust Code

On January 10, Richard D. Sanders and Angela Titus McEwan will present a discussion about New Jersey's recent adoption of its version of the Uniform Trust Code. The presentation will be held at Fiduciary Trust Company International in New York. Jay Kauffman will be joining the presentation by telephone to address questions from the audience regarding Florida's version of the Uniform Trust Code.
