Angela Titus McEwan and Richard D. Sanders Speak to Family Wealth Advisors on New Jersey's Uniform Trust Code

Angela Titus McEwan and Richard D. Sanders will speak to the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey on New Jersey's recent adoption of its version of the Uniform Trust Code. The Estate Planning Council of Central New Jersey is composed of attorneys, accountants, brokers, financial planners, life underwriters, pension consultants and trust officers. Its principal aim is to develop cooperation and understanding among these groups in order to better serve the general public and provide for conservation of family wealth and protection of their financial interests through estate planning. The presentation will be held at the Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune, New Jersey.
