Thorny Issues in Estate Administration

On August 11, Angela Titus McEwan moderated the New Jersey Law Center panel titled "Thorny Issues in Estate Administration," which addressed some of the "thorny" issues arising when administering taxable estates containing trusts and unique assets. Angela discussed the impact of federal and state death taxes as well as trust funding and administration.
