Day Pitney Advises Conexus Solutions in Strategic Sale to Axtria

Day Pitney represented the owners of Conexus Solutions, a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and services to the life sciences industry, in connection with its sale to Axtria Inc., a leading global provider of award-winning cloud software and data analytics. Together, the combined platform aims to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end solution by offering an integrated, AI-native operating model for life sciences commercialization.

The Day Pitney deal team was led by Corporate Partner Erin Magennis Healy and included associates Maryann Lennon, John Kaschak, and Fariha Syed.
