Overview

Erin Magennis Healy is a corporate and M&A attorney who advises private companies and investors on complex strategic transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, growth investments, and other transformative commercial matters. She represents clients across a broad range of industries including healthcare, life sciences, media, education, technology, and consumer-facing businesses. 

Erin’s experience spans domestic and cross-border acquisitions, private equity-backed investments, recapitalizations, and founder-led transactions.  She leads deal teams through all phases of the transaction lifecycle—from structuring and diligence through negotiation, closing, and post-closing integration.

In addition to her M&A practice, Erin routinely negotiates sophisticated commercial arrangements, including licensing, manufacturing, supply, distribution, and services agreements, with a particular focus on the highly regulated healthcare and life sciences sectors. She delivers pragmatic solutions at the intersection of regulatory compliance and commercial execution, helping clients manage risk while advancing strategic and commercial objectives.
