Jared Ross practices real estate and land use law, primarily focusing on commercial real estate financing, conveyance, development, permitting and leasing. He has significant experience representing developers and investors in the acquisition and disposition of various real estate classes, including multifamily, hotels, office, industrial and flex space. This representation includes negotiation of acquisition agreements, the formation of joint ventures, borrower side loan negotiations and leasing. He also has experience representing clients in the formation of real estate investment funds and other investment vehicles. In addition to this work, Jared frequently represents lenders in connection with mortgage backed and project finance loans.
Jared also routinely represents a broad spectrum of lenders, land owners, developers and equity participants in the area of renewable energy development and generation throughout the country. His experience involves representation of clients with negotiation and analysis of agreements, due diligence review, drafting and negotiating agreements and strategic planning.
In addition to private practice, Jared has worked in the general counsel's office of the Boston Redevelopment Authority and for the Urban Ecology Institute, both while attending law school.
