Magda C. Rodriguez is an experienced healthcare attorney. Magda established her foundation in the healthcare industry prior to attending law school when she worked in medical payment posting and reconciliation, at a physician office. In this role, Magda actively resolved insurance disputes and claims denials, while also ensuring compliance with the evolving landscape of HIPAA regulations. Magda regularly leverages this experience to offer insights and strategies to address complex matters.

Defense of a hospital in a putative class action arising out of a data breach that resulted in a patient's identity being stolen, asserting claims of negligence, breach of contract, breach of implied contract, and unjust enrichment
Represented a hospital in a putative class action arising from surprise facility fees for emergency room visits and alleging a claim under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act
