
Overview
Michaela "Miki" Kastin assists high net worth individuals and families with trust and estate planning, as well as planning for families with children with disabilities. She prepares full estate plans, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, advance directives and powers of attorney.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Miki was a Tax Associate for Private Client Services for a major accounting firm. Miki previously interned at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, Office of Appeals, where she worked with taxpayers to make decisions on abatement claims and resolving issues.
