Richard Brown, an intellectual property litigator, focuses his practice on telecommunications, antitrust and other commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts. He helps corporations and individuals with patents, trademarks and copyrights across a wide range of sciences, technologies and industry sectors, including healthcare, life sciences and social media. His responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, brief writing, case management, pretrial motion practice, trials and handling settlements.
Richard serves as chair of Day Pitney’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. He has spoken on numerous business and legal panels and is often cited in articles on IP topics.
