Telephone Consumer Protection Act Utilities

Day Pitney's Richard Brown will serve on a panel, "Telephone Consumer Protection Act: Its Application to Utilities & Recent Developments," at the American Gas Association's Virtual Legal Forum. Brown has been defending utilities in class-action litigation under the Act. The Forum, being held on July 20 and 21, will feature presentations and panel discussions on topics of interest to natural gas industry attorneys. Other topics at the forum will include limiting natural gas use and the utility franchise. The Forum will also provide virtual peer-to-peer discussions with other gas industry general counsels and attorneys.
