Day Pitney Represents Foxfield in Connection with its Construction Financing for the Development of Lower Bucks Logistics Hub

Day Pitney congratulates Foxfield LLC on its recent groundbreaking of the Lower Bucks Logistics Hub, a two-building, best-in-class, 814KSF development in Middletown Township, PA. Day Pitney is proud to have recently represented Foxfield and affiliates in the negotiation of the construction financing for the development. Prior to that, Day Pitney represented Foxfield and affiliates with the acquisition of the property and underlying corporate structuring, land loan, and equity raise.
Day Pitney Real Estate Partner Jared Ross led the team that provided legal counsel to Foxfield. The team also included Partners Erik Bergman (Stamford), Marie Bertrand (Hartford), Dan Carragher (Boston), David Doyle (New Jersey), Justin Hannan (Boston) and Stephen Ziobrowski (Boston), Senior Associate Alan Ruiz (Hartford), Associates Mike Cronin (Boston), Amanda Gurren (Hartford) and Tim Spiegel (Boston), and Paralegals Kim Morabito (Stamford) and Kathy Sacheli (Stamford).

In October 2023, Day Pitney represented a state pension system client in connection with a $200 million investment in a $20 billion private equity fund, and its accompanying co-investment vehicle, focused on acquiring, operating and disposing of financing, software, data and technology-enabled businesses.
