In the article, Hayes spoke about how he was excited to come "full circle," in the new position at the firm. He remembers joining the firm as a law school graduate and will "never forget how the managing partner at the time welcomed him, but more importantly, how he inspired him."
He added, "Boston is front and center on strategic growth for us. There are a lot of opportunities for us in Boston, we've grown our office, gradually, but significantly over time."
