Mark Romance Reappointed Co-Chair for the Commercial & Business Litigation Committee for the ABA Litigation Section

Day Pitney Litigation Partner Mark A. Romance has been reappointed to serve as co-chair for the Commercial & Business Litigation Committee for the American Bar Association's Litigation Section, which is one of the largest sections of the ABA. In his role, Romance will work with the committee to increase membership, deliver meaningful benefits to members, and implement the goals and strategies of the Section's strategic plan. The reappointment is effective for one year.
Romance, a seasoned trial and appellate attorney based in the firm's Miami office, represents diverse clients in commercial litigation and other complex litigation, including non-compete, trade secret, intellectual property, real estate, product liability, product defect, and estate and trust litigation.
