Day Pitney Litigation Counsel Ashley Picker Dubin has been named to the 2024 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation list. This is the second year for the list. For more information on the methodology, click here.
Dubin, recognized by Lawdragon for electronic discovery and information governance, counsels and advises clients in electronic discovery (eDiscovery) and information governance (IG) processes and best practices. She participates in 26(f) conferences; negotiates electronically stored information (ESI) agreements and stipulations addressing the scope of preservation, searching, and production of data; and directs use of artificial intelligence (AI) in discovery. Dubin also advises on collection methodology, search and retrieval methodology, FRE 502(d) orders, and production specifications.
