As reported in the article, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit affirmed a lower court ruling that HDI did not have to cover a trademark suit involving a dental products manufacturer because the policy had an exclusion for intellectual property claims. It endorses a common sense application of an important exclusion, common to many insurance policies."
