Day Pitney Partner Joseph K. Scully has been named to the Who's Who Legal List for Insurance & Reinsurance 2024. Scully, an experienced litigator, primarily represents insurance companies in insurance coverage actions and reinsurance disputes. He has litigated insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes concerning a broad range of subject matter in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration panels. Scully has tried numerous bench and jury trials to final judgment. He has also argued appeals before several state and federal appellate courts.
