The article focuses on the need for IRS guidelines with respect to the recently enacted tax legislation. As noted in the article, the IRS’s lack of resources could influence how it interprets and enforces the new rules. Ziobrowski indicated that IRS has decreased in size over the years and told Bloomberg, “It’s difficult to imagine in the current environment that the IRS would have the resources to police a tight interpretation.”
