<i>New Jersey Law Journal</i> Publishes Article by Francine Esposito on Employee Use of Social Media

An article written by Francine Esposito on how employers should handle employee use of social media was published in the New Jersey Law Journal. Francine writes that employers "have the right to enforce policies against harassment, discrimination and violence in the workplace." She points out that while they cannot prohibit all employee social media use considered to be undesirable, employers "can still seek to protect their interests through well thought out policies and measured disciplinary action."
