Day Pitney's Annual Employment and Labor Conference was held virtually this year as a webinar series. The second session was held on June 16. The discussion topics for this session included building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, the changing legal landscape in the tristate area, and drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants.
