ACI’s 14th National Forum on Energy Trading Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement

On January 11, Joseph Fagan will be a panelist at the 14th National Forum on Energy Trading Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement, a conference presented by the American Conference Institute (ACI) in Houston, Texas. Fagan will be speaking on a panel titled “ISO/RTO Compliance Concerns and Market Monitors on Enforcement Relative to Energy Trading,” which will focus on complying with rules and regulations set forth in the ISO/RTO market on the enforcement of energy trading practices; the relationship between ISOs/RTOs, market monitors and FERC; and avoiding FERC audits by focusing on compliance on capacity markets.
