Business Judgment Rule

On November 30, Paul Marino will be speaking on the "Business Judgment Rule" at the annual program, Business Litigation – Year in Review, presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) and the Commercial Litigation Special Committee. The program will cover recent decisions out of the New Jersey state and federal courts and the latest developments impacting business and commercial litigation law practitioners.
