Overview
Brianna Cloud assists clients with intellectual property and technology matters, focusing on trademarks, copyrights, and global brand management and enforcement.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Brianna advised clients in the entertainment, luxury brands, sports, financial services, and media industries on intellectual property, advertising, marketing, and commercial matters. Her practice included managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, coordinating global brand protection and enforcement strategies, handling Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings and domain name disputes, and counseling clients on trademark clearance, rights management, advertising, privacy, and right of publicity issues.
Brianna also conducted intellectual property due diligence for corporate transactions and drafted and negotiated a variety of commercial, marketing, sponsorship, and technology-related agreements. Additionally, she provided pro bono counsel to filmmakers, musicians, podcasters, and other creative professionals on intellectual property and rights management matters.
