Kaitlyn C. Sapp, a Day Pitney Trusts and Estates attorney, was named to the "Up & Coming Lawyers" list by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, as part of their Excellence in the Law program. Sapp, along with the other honorees, received her award at an event last night at the Revere Hotel in Boston.
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly describes the "Up & Coming Lawyers" award as a salute to the rising stars of the Massachusetts Bar. Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly honors attorneys who have been practicing and admitted in the Massachusetts Bar for 10 years or less, yet have already distinguished themselves in the practice of law. Excellence in the Law honorees, including the "Up & Coming Lawyers," are selected by a panel of judges composed of members of the editorial and leadership team at Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Nominations, applications, and letters of recommendation are evaluated for a track record of professional accomplishments, bar leadership, community service, pro bono work and mentoring.
