William "Bill" Pezzoni concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending, real estate law, zoning, permitting and regulation compliance, wetlands, energy, utility and land use. He assists clients with site assessment, purchase, sale, financing and development of commercial, industrial, multi-family, retail, mixed-use and residential properties, energy and utility infrastructure; commercial and retail leasing, leasebacks and planning; and title insurance and litigation support for title issues. He also works in the areas of corporate law, finance, commercial banking, business planning, energy and litigation support. As an approved Massachusetts Bond Counsel, he has acted as underwriting lender's and borrower's counsel for Tax Exempt and Recovery Zone Facility Bonds and other tax exempt revenue and general obligation bonds. He is an issuing agent and provides litigation support for First American Title Insurance Company.
Bill is the Private Sector Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the 495 Partnership; a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Marlborough Economic Development Corp. and a past Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Metro West Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Board of Governors for the Metro West Boys' and Girls' Club; and a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and its Economic Development Committee.

Lead counsel for a leading global financial institution in the acquisition of large scale financing/real estate portfolios including a $740MM and an $850MM Multifamily portfolios with properties spanning the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States.
Represented and assisted financial institutions, landowners and developers in multiple renewable energy projects including wind and solar ($800MM+) and transactions relating to energy, water, broadband, infrastructure and related utilities, including railroad and trucking projects.
Represented local municipalities and local agencies on land use, construction disputes and land planning analysis.
