Lincoln Property Company Receives Approval for New Industrial Development in Marlborough, Construction to Begin in Early 2022
The Lincoln Property Company recently received approvals from the City of Marlborough for a new industrial building at 1000 Nickerson Road. LPC was represented by Boston Real Estate Partner William Pezzoni and Senior Associate Gemma R. Cashman. The site was designed to accommodate a variety of options, including the manufacturing needs of potential R&D and GMP tenants. The facility will feature 32' ceilings, ample structural supports for a mechanical penthouse, 60' bay spacing and a total of 10 loading docks.
