Real Estate Financing Transactions
Our attorneys represent some of the largest institutional lenders in the Country in multi-state, multi-property portfolio financing and re-financing transactions, as well the financing and re-financing of marquee standalone assets in New York City, Boston and other major metropolitan and suburban markets. Our financing experience includes construction, permanent and mezzanine loans and covers multiple asset classes, including office, regional retail malls and strip centers, hotel, warehouse, industrial, multifamily residential and other land development projects throughout the Country.
In addition to our traditional lender-side practice, our team has an extensive history of experience representing borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions by successfully leveraging institutional knowledge and experience for the benefit of our clients. Our attorneys also focus on creatively structuring transactions, to achieve the tax, accounting and regulatory objectives of our clients.
Finally, our Team represents large financial institutions in the sale and acquisition of multi-state residential and commercial real estate loan portfolios, with a recent portfolio being in excess of one billion dollars in total value.
Real Estate Acquisition and Dispositions
Our attorneys represent corporate owners, private equity investors, developers, pension funds and institutional investors in both direct investments and complex joint venture structures to acquire, redevelop, finance and sell substantial real estate assets throughout the United States; including particular experience in mixed-use, multi-family projects; trophy office and mixed use retail projects, traditional shopping centers and innovative, state of the art planned developments featuring retail stores, restaurants, cinemas, residential condominiums and office space.

Our attorneys represent some of the largest owners of office, retail and mixed-use real estate projects in the Country; including national REITs and regional and national investors and developers. Our attorneys are equally experienced in representing the interests of diverse tenants, including Fortune 100 companies, manufacturing companies, academic institutions, religious organizations, hospitality and retail companies in a variety of leasing transactions including long term ground leases; office leases, industrial and retail leases.
