
Overview
Valmir "Val" Magjuni counsels public companies on corporate, transactional and securities law matters. He advises companies, in addition to officers, directors and certain shareholders of such companies, on compliance with public reporting obligations, Securities and Exchange Commission and stock exchange rules and regulations, and New Jersey corporate law. He also counsels privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions, formations and general corporate matters.
He served as an intern for the Honorable Justice Lee Solomon, Associate Justice for the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He was also a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2023.
