On March 27, 2026, Day Pitney Partner Juan Delgado participated in a panel titled “En Pantalla: The Law of Latin American Film & Television” at the Global Entertainment & Sports Law + Industry Conference, hosted by the University of Miami School of Law.

The panel examined Latin America’s growing role in the global film and television industry. Panelists discussed the development, financing, distribution, and monetization of content across the region, as well as the legal frameworks governing international rights, co-productions, and platform strategies. The discussion also addressed how global studios and networks navigate cross-border transactions, regulatory considerations, and evolving distribution models in one of the fastest-growing media markets.
