Overview

Sean Camperson represents clients in complex commercial disputes and real estate litigation matters. He has experience with all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, hearings, and settlement proceedings, in both state and federal courts.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Sean served more than seven years on active duty in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer and Army Ranger, and completed multiple deployments to Afghanistan. 

Before joining Day Pitney, he practiced litigation at another New Jersey law firm, advising and representing clients in complex commercial disputes.

He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as President of the Fordham Law Veterans Association and was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal.
