Sarah's practice includes defending claims arising under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A, as well as state and common law claims involving lender and servicer practices. She has substantial experience litigating in Massachusetts and New Hampshire state and federal courts, including discovery, dispositive motions, depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial practice.
