Overview

Victoria "Tori" Whalen assists clients in complex commercial litigation and real estate litigation matters in state and federal courts. She advises businesses in many stages of complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries, including real estate, insurance brokering, life sciences, and aerospace. 

Tori also maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on the firm's Pro Bono Committee. She volunteers for the Women's Bar Foundation of Massachusetts' 209A Restraining Order Project and represents clients at abuse prevention order hearings.

Prior to joining Day Pitney, Tori was a judicial intern to the Honorable Scott L. Kafker of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Tori also interned for a Boston-based sports group, where she assisted with the acquisition of a Pennsylvania-based professional ice hockey team.

During her time at Rollins College, Tori was a member of the Division II Softball Team.
