Palak Sharma assists clients in complex commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property matters. She gained invaluable experience from her time working as a legal intern for the National Labor Relations Board. In her role, she drafted memoranda and decisions on unfair labor law issues. She was also a judicial intern for District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Gerald I. Fisher, for whom, she drafted memoranda on probate and tax issues.
Palak was a Summer Associate for Day Pitney in 2018.
