Overview

Carolyn Rennie represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. She has conducted extensive legal research on matters pertaining to business and financial institution litigation, as well as breaking developments in antitrust law.

In addition, Carolyn enjoys volunteering her skills to assist clients on pro bono matters. Most recently, she represented a client seeking asylum.

Carolyn was a law clerk for the Honorable Sarala V. Nagala of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Honorable Andrew J. McDonald of the Connecticut Supreme Court. While in law school, she was a legal intern in the General Counsel's Office of Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Janet Bond Arterton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
