Daniel "Dan" Pierre has experience representing employers in traditional labor matters on behalf of public and private sector clients. He regularly represents management in disciplinary hearings, unfair practices, labor arbitrations, and collective bargaining. Dan also advises clients on matters related to wage and hour claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), unemployment insurance law issues, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Dan also provides legal, strategic, and business advice and support to companies seeking licensure in the adult-use cannabis market. He clerked for the Honorable Susan L. Reisner at the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.
