Overview

MacKenzie Kerr assists businesses with intellectual property, technology, litigation and enforcement matters. She provides aid to clients on all aspects of litigation related to patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret matters.

While in law school, MacKenzie participated as a 3:03 Student Attorney in the Prosecution Clinic at Middlesex District Attorney's Office, where she gained hands-on experience in case development and prosecution while supporting Assistant District Attorneys at the Malden District Court. In 2022, MacKenzie was a judicial intern for the Honorable Frank Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. She was also a Summer Associate at Day Pitney in 2023.
