Lauren Hamill advises clients on trademark, copyright and advertising matters. She assists clients in all stages of the trademark registration process, including trademark clearance searches and enforcing and protecting U.S. and international trademarks. Lauren also has experience drafting agreements relating to intellectual property and technology, including licenses.
While in law school, Lauren was the Executive Director of the Connecticut Moot Court Board and a Notes and Comments Editor on the Connecticut Law Review, where she published an article about copyright registration.
Lauren was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2019.
