Overview
Genesis Guzman assists clients with insurance and reinsurance matters. She also represents clients in other complex litigation matters.
Genesis's experience includes a secondment in an insurance coverage department at a national carrier where she provided insurance agents with coverage opinions on a wide array of issues. During her time in law school, Genesis participated in the Immigrants' Rights and Human Trafficking Clinic, where she represented clients on various immigration matters, including asylum and adjustment of status.
