Overview

Ashley Fote assists clients in domestic and cross-border commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leasing and financings for both borrowers and lenders. She drafts and negotiates equity documents, as well as acquisition, disposition and financing documents. Ashley has represented clients in many industries, including hospitality, industrial, office, retail, multifamily, specialized housing and medical. She has substantial experience reviewing and advising clients regarding all aspects of diligence in connection with acquisitions and financings, including organizational documents, hotel franchise agreements, management agreements, condominium documents, ground and space leases and title insurance.

Ashley represents clients that range from individual investors in commercial real estate to financial institutions, life insurance companies, commercial lenders, and private equity real estate funds.
