Overview

Rosana Fernandez assists clients with corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities and corporate governance. She has experience representing businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation matters, and defending clients in tort and product liability disputes.

Rosana previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert A. Mark at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she conducted research and assisted on complex matters in Chapter 11, 13, and 15 bankruptcy cases.

During law school, Rosana served as the Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review. She was also awarded the Marco A. Vazquez Memorial Scholarship for ranking among the Top Students in the Litigation Skills Program at the University of Miami School of Law.
