Overview

Brendan Donahue represents insurers, reinsurers and agents in insurance and reinsurance disputes. He also represents clients in other complex litigation matters. He has experience managing construction defect claims, having assessed coverage obligations for claims against policyholders across 23 states, addressed complex coverage issues, and assisted in the negotiation of settlements on behalf of insureds.

Brendan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Christine E. Keller of the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Honorable Bethany J. Alvord of the Connecticut Appellate Court. He was also a certified legal intern at the University of Connecticut School of Law Criminal Appellate Advocacy Clinic and a judicial intern for the Honorable Dominic J. Squatrito of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
