Overview

Margaret Czepiel represents energy clients in litigation, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. Margaret counsels clients on litigation, enforcement, and compliance issues before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state commissions. She assists a wide array of clients from municipalities to large corporations to the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) on electric and gas-related matters.

Prior to joining Day Pitney, Margaret worked as a law clerk at both the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and the Department of Commerce.
