Margaret Czepiel represents energy clients in regulatory, administrative litigation, enforcement and compliance matters, predominantly in front of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state commissions. She counsels a wide array of clients from municipalities to large corporations to the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) on electric and gas-related matters.
Margaret assists electric generation, transmission and natural gas clients in rate cases, enforcement matters, Federal Power Act filings, compliance filings and comments in front of FERC.
