
Overview
William "Will" Black represents businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. He handles matters involving corporate governance, employment disputes, civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, and state and federal appeals.
Before joining Day Pitney, Will clerked for Justice Francis X. Flaherty at the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
