Overview

Amberly Antebi advises and represents businesses in all aspects of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She represents banks, lenders and mortgage servicers in the defense of a wide range of claims by borrowers under New Jersey and New York state laws. Amberly also assists clients with products liability defense matters. She frequently represents clients in complex contractual disputes, as well as in defense of alleged violations of consumer protection statutes, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). She also has experience handling both small and large scale energy litigation cases.

Amberly is actively involved in the firm's pro bono efforts. In addition, she holds several leadership positions within the firm, including in Women Working Together (WWT ®), the firm's women's initiative; and in the Attorney Advisory Committee. Amberly served as an assignment coordinator for the firm's Summer Associate program, as well.

During law school, Amberly served as a legal intern for the Honorable James B. Clark, III in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Amberly was a summer associate for the firm in 2016.
