Day Pitney Miami Real Estate Team Closes Approx. $6.8M Deal for Private Client

Day Pitney Miami-based Real Estate Partner Daniel Diaz Leyva and Attorney Amanda G. Gomez recently closed an approximately $6.8M real estate deal for a private client with Walgreen's, as NNN Tenant. The deal includes a parcel of land in Miami, 15701 SW 56th Street. Walgreen's is leasing the property from the Buyer and is a triple net tenant. JLL served as the real estate broker for the deal.
