Furey commented, "I think the federal courts are getting back to business, and they have been for some time. Trials are being held, motions are being argued. Some judges are better than others at getting their decisions out. I'm not sure if the problem now is COVID-related. I think it's more just the practices of certain judges as to how conscientious they are in getting their decisions done."
