Day Pitney Real Estate team counseled Novaya Foxfield Industrial in the sale of two industrial assets in Atlanta and Philadelphia leased as distribution facilities. The sale consisted of two industrial warehouse buildings totally more than $142 million and 787,000 SF of space. Boston-based Partner Jared Ross led the team, with additional support by attorneys Lauren Grillo, Alan Ruiz, Amanda Gurren and Ashley Membrino. The Day Pitney team previously represented Novaya Foxfield Industrial on the initial acquisition, construction and leasing of the properties making it a rewarding experience to see the client take the properties throughout the lifecycle from acquisition, development and disposition.
