Susan Huntington was interviewed by anchor Matt Maisel in the Fox-affiliate station WMPT Fox 43 segment "COVID-19 controversy at Pa. Capitol calls into question employer obligations and limitations in telling workers about positive test," discussing employers obligations in disclosing positive tests to employees. Huntington notes that in addition to balancing legal considerations, notifying employees of a positive test is, "also a public health consideration" and explains, "most employers are disclosing that someone in the work environment tested positive, or is experiencing symptoms, if that disclosure can be made with that person not being personally identified."
