Partner Gary Betensky Appointed to Palm Beach County Environmental Control Hearing Board

Gary S. Betensky, a partner in Day Pitney's West Palm Beach office, has been appointed by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners to serve a three-year term as the attorney member of the Palm Beach County Environmental Control Hearing Board. The purpose of the Board is to conduct public hearings into the merits of alleged environmental ordinance violations and to issue injunctive and affirmative relief and impose civil penalties for such violations.
