Day Pitney LLP is pleased to announce that senior associate Alexander W. Judd and associate Tekhara L. Kimber have been elected as members of the American College of Investment Counsel (ACIC). The ACIC brings together lawyers who devote a substantial amount of their practice to representing institutional investors in connection with their investment operations. Its members work to provide a forum for the discussion of legal issues affecting institutional investments and investors.
Membership election to the ACIC involves a nomination by a Fellow, which must be seconded by another who may not be affiliated with the same law firm or institution as the proposer. Following review by the Membership Committee, nominations are considered by the Board of Trustees.
